Orders

When you place an order, we email you to confirm it. That email is when the contract between us starts. If we cannot supply an item, we tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds. Delivery to the United Kingdom is free. You pay when you order.

Using the product safely

Our sharpener makes knives very sharp. Follow the instructions, keep your fingers behind the blade and keep it away from children.

Our responsibility to you

We do not limit our responsibility where the law says we cannot. That includes death or injury caused by our carelessness, and fraud. We are not responsible for losses that nobody could have expected when you ordered, or for business losses. Our shop is for personal use.

Law

The law of Northern Ireland applies to these terms. You can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The terms on the day you order are the ones that apply to that order.
