Changed your mind?

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to return it. Email evans@trypuregrowth.com with your order number.

• We send you our UK return address.
• Post the item back within 14 days of telling us, in the condition you received it.
• You pay the return postage for a change of mind.
• We refund you within 14 days of getting the item back. The refund goes to the way you paid.

Faulty, damaged or not as described?

Email a photo to evans@trypuregrowth.com. We will replace it or refund you in full. You pay nothing for the return.
